AEGIS® is the groundbreaking one belt system for the fresh market in the potato processing industry. This unique system combines steaming, drying, and cooling into one complete solution, seamlessly integrating consecutive process steps. The smooth product flow results in an extended shelf life of the final product.

By performing three processes within a single enclosed cleanroom, the risk of contamination is significantly reduced. This leads to lower cleaning costs, as less cleaning time is required compared to the traditional setups. All components in the process are easily accessible for maintenance or cleaning. Additionally, the system consumes less energy while increasing production output, making it both efficient and sustainable!
