CentreQ® is a unique monitoring system for vibratory conveyors driven by unbalanced motors. At the end of November, we presented CentreQ® at the INTERPOM and the response from both long-time clients and new relations was overwhelming.
“This will enable our shakers to adapt themselves and maintain perfect balance,” said a director of a well-known Belgian French fry factory with much enthusiasm.
Stroke sensors have been applied to the vibratory conveyors for years now in order to sound a signal when the stroke is too high and thereby prevent consequential damage. CentreQ® does this too, but in two directions by way of the X/Y 2-axle sensor to also detect mis-synchronisation due to defective or incorrectly installed motors.
Jaco van der Jagt: “The system constantly gauges the behaviour of the vibratory conveyor and this makes it possible to always keep it perfectly balanced and make adjustments, regardless of varying temperatures and even with minor damage to bolts and springs.”
We will soon organise a demo day, and you can sign up for it by mailing to iris@foodeq.nl. “The system has been further developed and by simulating vibratory problems, we show that CentreQ® is the ideal stroke control. With CentreQ® you extend the lifespan of your vibratory conveyors, you can work longer without having to worry and you can structurally save costs.”
