The FoodeQ freezing tunnel is designed with maximum focus on hygiene and cleanability. As with every project, these freezing tunnels are also designed in close consultation with the customer, taking into account specific process parameters, desired layout and available factory space.

The FoodeQ IQF freezing tunnel is mainly used for the (pre)cooling and freezing of (precooked) potato products.

Depending on the desired continuous production time, the FoodeQ freezing tunnel is equipped with either an Air Defrost System or a Sequential Defrost System (SDS) to enable even longer production cycles.

From the output of the oven to the weighers, the FoodeQ AURA oil recovery system, transport and distribution shakers, conveyor belts, platforms etc. ensure that the total process runs hygienically, smoothly, and without any product loss.
