Closer to home, FoodeQ has also implemented a variety of freezing solutions across Europe for different product types. In Germany, we recently delivered a complete VeQta Fresh® installation. This unique FoodeQ system allows products to be steamed, dried and cooled in an extremely hygienic manner. By intelligently combining these processes, the shelf life of the final product is extended while moisture build-up inside the packaging is prevented.
At the same time, the integrated line saves valuable floor space on the production floor, as all processing steps seamlessly connect with one another. The system also offers significant advantages in terms of energy consumption. A more efficient product flow reduces energy costs and requires less time for operation, maintenance and cleaning compared to traditional production lines.
Continuous optimisation of these processes is a key focus within our R&D department. In addition to developing new technologies, our specialists are dedicated to further improving existing solutions. By making systems more energy-efficient, hygienic and easier to clean and maintain, FoodeQ ensures its installations continue to meet the increasingly stringent demands of the food processing industry.
