THE HEXFEEDER PRO IS DESIGNED FOR THE QUICK SPREADING OF BULB-SHAPED PRODUCTS
“In our industry we are used to deploy vibrators for spreading as it is a very effective and reliable technique,” says Marinus de Bruijn. “One of the big advantages of the HexFeeder Pro, that we launched recently, is that it requires less length than the traditional vibrators that we generally use for spreading so this is a perfect alternative when limited space is an issue.”
The unique FoodeQ HexFeeder Pro is particularly suitable for the quick spreading of bulb-shaped and tuberous products. “It does not work for pees or other small stuff, but we surely find a spreading solution for any situation.”
The hexagonal conveyor rollers have a spreading and a cleaning function, as the fixated spacing separates moisture, leaves, soil and dirt from the product. “This way the HexFeeder Pro offers an extra cleaning step and it feeds the rest of the production line.”
FoodeQ designs this compact spreading system – that is driven by two heavy duty toothed belts in combination with a gear-motor – exactly according to the customers’ requirements and wishes.
