H-FLOW CONVEYOR

FoodeQ designs and builds H-Flow conveyors exactly according to our customers’ requirements and wishes for the gentle horizontal handling and conveying of delicate food products.
The vertical impact of a traditional shaker can cause possible damage to the transported goods. For these situations – where gentle and precise product conveying and dosing is key – the H-Flow conveyor of FoodeQ is a very good alternative.
The chance of product damage is limited to a minimum because the adjustable horizontal back-and-forth motion of the H-Flow guarantees a smooth transport-flow of the product.

The H-Flow conveyor has many more advantages. It offers a large throughput without bogging and it is the ideal solution for precise dosing. Seasonings, oil and other coatings do not built up in the pan and this reduces the downtime for cleaning. This non-vibratory technique – the product is sliding gently forward – also makes sure that there are no segregations of product mixture. The H-Flow can be equipped with several options. H-Flow conveyors are driven by low-noise servo drives and this system reduces conveying noise compared to traditional shaker technology.

The engineers of FoodeQ continuously further develop the H-Flow conveyors. We design and build the FoodeQ H-Flow conveyors in all shapes and sizes as distribution feed for the rest of the line of machinery.
