INCLINED BELTS
Inclined belts come in many shapes and sizes, and we use them as a basic method to move food products between processes on the production line over the required distance and to span height differences. The belts are fitted with cleats/flights of a size and pitch corresponding to the product, belt slope and required capacity.
We can equip inclined belt conveyors with lateral guides of various types; these can also be simple retractable lateral guides for ease of cleaning. The inclined belt conveyor can optionally be equipped with a quick release/tensioning system to enable quick and easy cleaning inside the belt loop.
