LOTS OF NEWS TO SHARE
At FoodeQ, we normally only organize our Informall Friday once a year, but there was so much news to share this year that we organized an extra edition last week!
During this Informall Friday, we shared the half-year figures with our team and provided extensive feedback on the recently conducted employee satisfaction survey. We are very proud to announce that FoodeQ scores an 8.5 as an employer! This great result gives us the motivation to continue to grow and improve.
Our colleagues Ilse and Iris are now going to work with all the valuable tips and tops that have been received, and use this input to further develop their employer branding plan. We want to continue to involve our employees and ensure a workplace where everyone feels at home.
Of course, the Informall Friday was concluded in style with a cozy drink, where we toasted together to the great results and plans for the future.
We are already looking forward to the next edition!
